Prior to WWII there was an automobile dealership. A & P Grocery (managed by Mr. Weaver), and W and W Variety Store was here at one time.  Movie Magic a video rental store was in this building in 2005 and in 2012 it housed Frank Street Mini Mall. It was last used for storage for Quality Furniture.

Building was torn down in 2023 due to serious structural issues.
