A 14-story skyscraper with mixed ornamentation of restricted Gothic detail and Modern touches. The building is clad in Terra Cotta with bronze entryways. The lobby was finished in marble and bronze and used as regional head quarters for the Santa Fe line. The building is now owned by Potter County and is used for government offices.
