About This Property

Prominent rancher Robert Clark built this Greek Revival dwelling in 1876. Meticulously preserved, this is the best surviving example of Greek Revival architecture in the city . The particularly impressive portico entry and center passage reinforce the symmetry indicative of the era. The integral rear ell and the wing on the south clearly show functions of mid to late nineteenth-century dwellings.
