About This Property

Dr. Daniel H. Braman had a San Antonio contractor  oversee W.C. Barnes Lumber Yard carpenters in construction of his new house in 1893.  Jules Leffland was possibly the designer of the intricately detailed Queen Anne  dwelling. The interior and the exterior retain all original features in excellent condition, including turned and jig-sawn mill work and handsome interior woodwork.
