In 2023, this building was revitalized and opened at The Vine.  The Vine is the perfect example of a downtown historic building being renovated and updated for a new possibility.  The Vine features a med spa, physical therapy, retail items and an art gallery.  
Previously, Rebellious Rose utilizes the north side of the building.  It was a clothing boutique with tanning services.  The south side of the building was last utilized as a salon. Interestingly, this building has served as a barber on and off for years.  Other businesses that have occupied this property include Rainwater Insurance in the 1960s, 1920s included a Women's hat store on one side and barber on the other.  In 1912, there was a paint store on one side and grocery store on the other.
