The 1920 Sanborn map shows that this building was an auto dealer.  The People's Store took occupancy around 1925.  Clifford Hardware Co. Store, which sold Guns and Ammo, moved in around 1930.  Oliver Bros. Ranch Supplies occupied the property from 1939 - 1953.  House of Bargains moved in following Oliver Bros.  Next, the Parr Store utilized the space along with the building next door.  George's Guns, described above, was the last business to occupy the property.
