The Hopkins Feed and Seed Store at 301 E. 3rd Street in Texarkana, Arkansas, is a good example of typical 1920s vernacular commercial design. The building at 301 E. Third Street retains its original c.1922 commercial appearance. It is located on the ighly visible comer of E. 3rd and S. Wood Streets. Most original windows are in place in the building and it presents a good example of early twentieth century commercial design. It served for many years as the Roy D. Hopkins Feed and Seed store (1940s through 1990s).
