About This Property

In 1885 the Episcopal Church moved to this site for one year. The lot remained empty to about 1902 when a small building was placed at 422 Grand Avenue. It was for storage, and remained there until sometime between 1914 and 1920. The Purity Ice Cream Factory occupied a brick building that year at what was called 84 Grand Avenue, but this was probably next door.
