310 Grand Ave 

There was a small house here in 1885 and 1888, about the time the Episcopal Church sold their site to the county next to the courthouse, and moved to Grand Avenue. The livery stable on the east expanded to the house, and the church lasted at the site only a year before moving to South Main.

By 1892 the house was also gone and the livery used part of an empty expanse. It was the same in 1897, and by 1902 a building for grain storage was at 410 Grand Avenue and at 416 Grand Avenue was an expansion of the feed and livery business that faced north to Bonham.

From 404 to 416 in 1908 was a large stable, a part of the livery and sales business that was facing on 415-417 Bonham Street. This was the same by the time the Sanborn Map was updated in 1914.

The addressed changed to 72  through 82 by 1920, and the horse sales turned into automobile. The business was the Hannon Livery & Transfer Company. 78 Grand was still an earthen floor. 80 & 82 Grand Avenue were the back ends of the Iliff Motor Company auto & garage business facing Bonham. 

By 1945 the addresses changed to 310 to 334 Grand Avenue. The were used by auto sales and repair concerns: at 310 was Grand Auto Parts & Ark-La-Tex Wholesale Auto Parts; at 312 was Grand Oxygen Company. 314-328 was the back end of the huge John Scarborough auto and tractor sales business.
