Construction began in 1914, and by March 1916 was preparing for a grand opening. However, that month the Paris Fire broke into the lobby and burned up much of the building interior. In 1920 the bank was in the corner section, addressed 28 Bonham. The entrance to the elevator was called 30 Bonham. Various professionals and offices were housed on the upper floors.

In1945 the addresses were changed to 104 and 108 Bonham Street. In 1950 the entrance to the bank was moved to the east corner. In the mid-1980s the entrance was placed in the south middle, and renamed 110 Bonham Street. Hibernia Bank took over use and later Capital One. It has been empty since 2011. CTRA of Williamson County/Austin, Texas purchased the structure in 2015.
