In 1921 at 25 Grand Avenue was Claude Hildebrand confectionary and 27 Grand Avenue was the Imperial Café; in 1959 the building was 101-103, with Palace Drug Store downstairs and the Odd Fellows Lodge upstairs. Edythe Dewitt taught music and dance upstairs at one time. The building has been used for antique sales and various retail purposes since Palace Drug closed in the 1970s.
