About This Property

Dr. Joseph E. Dulaney, was a surgeon came to McKinney after the Civil war and married Lucy Ann Field, daughter of the Collin County Pioneers. In 1875, Dr. Dulaney built this Victorian style home with its numerous gambles and fine porch detailing. Mrs. Dulaney lived in the home with her children until 1910. The home is now part of the National Register for Historic places.
