A massive two story brick structure, it was built in 1915-1916 for Albert Martin, a Laredo Mayor. The structure was designed and constructed by the Botello brothers., Benjamin and Juan. The brothers who were natives of Laredo, were responsible for designing and constructing many of the structures located in the St Peter's neighborhood.
