The current building dates from the post-World War II era housing three businesses – home to a café, Fletcher’s Furniture and a launderette. The Coleman building housed an appliance retailer for many years and in the 1980's a Western Auto Store. Totes N' Things made and sold custom handbags, belts and other leather items out of the building until 2018. Currently vacant, this two story building sits directly across from HEB Grocery.
