During the 1940's-1950's the M & M Hotel was on the upper story, and it is said to have had the infamous Bonnie & Clyde as guests. The lower floor was M & M Café which had a counter with stools and a few booths that served travelers and locals alike for decades.  In the late 1970's, this building survived a big wind that damaged the roof and brick exterior at which time the blue metal facade was erected to protect the structure. The Saline Soda Shop was here in the early 2000's on the bottom floor entrance closest to corner followed by "Not 2 Shabby".  The first-floor furthest entrance from corner was Mistletoe Boots for many years followed by General Service, and Pearls & PaperDolls, a trendy clothing boutique. Sweet Addictions Bakery occupied the space for a short time. Currently Gifts on Main is in the space.
