About This Property

Originally part of Salt City Co which was founded in 1905. "DEALER IN EVERYTHING" was painted on the side of building, including dry goods, furnishings, Staple and Fancy Groceries & Feed, Hardware and Stoves (and most likely coffins), and Furniture. This had four street-side entry ways and was interconnected by arched doorways in the interior.
The two-story building was added in 1905 onto the original one-story buildings to meet the growing needs of the community.
The Grand Saline Sun newspaper office was here for several years followed by an antique store.
Gutierrez Western Wear & Boots opened Sept 2021.
Teensy Town Academy opened its doors in 2024.
