102 W Frank St 

 This historical building is known by many names and is a cornerstone of the Main Street Crossroads. Some folks refer to it as the Bull Durham building because of the tobacco advertisement that once graced the rear of the building. There has also been a Coca-Cola mural. You may even hear it called "snuffy's corner" as was the common habit of men to dip snuff while visiting outside on the sidewalk. 

This building has been a J.E. Thomas Groceries & Feed, as well as, Tom Thumb grocery store, H & H Grocery which also had a loan business, a farm-raised catfish market, jewelry and gift store in the 1970's and offices for a rent-to-own business.  

In 1991, this building became home of Genesis Home Health Care, a company which provides health care services in patients' homes. A basement is also in this building.

The first fireworks ever to be sold in Grand Saline and were placed in the store front windows. Someone passing by must have flicked a cigarette into this area which ignited the fireworks and created a raucous. 

The side entry from Main St was the Main Street office in 2005. 
The building is currently vacant.
