A crisply detailed brick building designed by architect Jules Leffland, and built by B.M. Covington of Goliad and R.A. Nagal of Dewitt County in 1917 with angled display windows with thin copper mullions. Transoms are above the windows with an upper wall of corbelled brick, and a recessed brick panel topped with corbelled dentils. Operated as a grocery store by Annie Koehler for 46 years, it has been used for several other businesses since.
