Built around 1939/1940 by the Dr. Pepper Company as a bottling plant. Historically, the property included 419 N. Beaton. After Dr. Pepper moved out sometime in the 1960's Royal Crown-Canada Dry moved into the building until about 1979. Then Central Texas Office Supply moved in about 1980 and are still there today.
