Washington Street held the The Fashion Shop (1940's), Bill Bering Sales Company (late 1940's), Frenzel Auto Supply (1950's), Mode O' Day Fashion Shop (1970's), White Auto Store (late 1970's) and Bee Office Equipment (mid 1980's). 218 N. Washington Street held the State Bank & Trust Company and leased 218 1/2 N. Washington Street to Knight Insurance Agency. 218 N. Washington Street had it's first renovation in 1948. The three properties were combined in the 1980's.
