Designed in a version of O'Neil Ford's 1960's modern regionalist style, this two-story pavilion type office has become the public building it seemed to aspire to be, It was constructed by the children of Genevieve and James R. Doughtery as their business office and the headquarters of the Doughtery Foundation. A curved, cantilevered first floor slab makes the  building float above the ground. The visual order of pilaster-and-arched infill here is reversed, with the pilasters actually becoming vertical slot windows and what would be expected to be arched windows are instead brick panels.
