Two-story masonry two-part commercial block building (expanded in 1923). Entry bay with recessed door between fixed glass display windows with transoms above (painted) with one large garage door entrance. Horizontal canopy spanning width of building held by supension rods. Eight new paired six-over-six sash windows on second floor. Stepped parapet with ceramic coping. Two horizontal bands with three raised stripes show a later Art Moderne influence. Family-owned laundry business continually run at this location for over 90 years. Contributes to the Historical District.
